Hockey Canada Warranty

EFFECTIVE: October 1, 2008 SHAFTS / SYNERGY STICKS CONSUMER DIRECT WARRANTY POLICY
Easton prides itself on the quality and performance of its products which not only meet, but also exceed industry quality and durability standards. However, all materials are subject to fatigue and possible breakdown over time. Our conditions for product warranty are as follows:

COMPOSITE STICKS/SHAFTS

1. The composite stick/shaft must have been purchased in CANADA from an "EASTON AUTHORIZED DEALER" in the last 30 days.

2. The consumer must have their original computerized cashier's receipt from the dealer as proof of purchase.

3. Bar Code Sticker affixed to the cashier's receipt must correspond to the hologram bar code on the composite stick/shaft.

4. Third party receipts, such as PayPal, PayPoint, etc. will not be accepted.

5. Composite sticks/shafts returned for warranty without proof of purchase will not be warranted.

6.The
composite stick/shaft must be returned in its entirety. Easton will not
warrant a shaft that did not use an Easton replacemnt blade at all
times.

7. Excluding manufacturer's defect, Easton will not
warrant a composite stick/shaft that has been damaged through game
action (i.e., skate cut, boards, another player, stick etc.) misuse or
abuse. The shaft/Synergy stick must show no signs of having been overheated by any heat source or exposure to an open flame.

8. There is no warranty on hockey replacement blades.

9. The shaft/Synergy stick was not a factory second, blem, or purchased used.

10. This warranty does not cover any representation or warranty made by dealers beyond the provisions of this warranty.

11.Warranty
parameters will be determined exclusively by Easton Sports. Easton
cannot guarantee the warranty of your product until it is inspected and
determined to be under warranty.

12. Professional and College Teams are excluded from this warranty.

Composite
sticks/shafts are limited to a one-time replacement. Easton reserves
the right to substitute similar product if necessary.

RETURN PROCEDURE IN 3 EASY STEPS:

3. nce
the return authorization number is issued, the consumer must return
their product in its entirety along with proof of purchase and matching
warranty sticker within 20 days by prepaid carrier to:

Note: Products not deemed under warranty will be returned only when requested at the issuance of the return authorization number.

over time. Our conditions for product warranty are as follows:

HOCKEY HELMETS

1. The helmet must have been purchased in CANADA from an "EASTON AUTHORIZED DEALER" in the last 365 days.

2. The consumer must have their original computerized cashier's receipt from the dealer as proof of purchase.

3. Third party receipts, such as PayPal, PayPoint, etc. will not be accepted.

4. Helmets returned for warranty without proof of purchase will not be warranted.

5.This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect,alteration (including by paint, solvents, or like products), and failure
to perform maintenance as instructed or unauthorized repair or service.

6. This warranty does not cover helmets that have been reconditioned and
only covers helmets that were broken or damaged during the normal course of play due to a manufacturer defect, and when the aforementioned instructions and warnings were heeded.

7. This warranty does not cover any representation or warranty made by dealers beyond the provisions of this warranty.

8. Warranty coverage will be determined exclusively by Easton Sports.
Easton cannot guarantee the warranty of your product until it is inspected and determined to be under warranty.

Helmets are limited to a one-time replacement. Easton reserves the right to substitute similar product if necessary.
