CONSUMER DIRECT HOCKEY SHAFT LIMITED WARRANTY EFFECTIVE June 1st, 2001
Easton Hockey Shafts are covered by a 30 Day limited warranty against manufacturer's defect only. This warranty covers damage/premature breakage caused by a manufacturer's defect only and is extended with the understanding that hockey is a contact sport which causes stick breakage.

Easton Sports will replace any defective composite or aluminum shaft for a period of 30 days from date of purchase, under the conditions listed below:

The shaft/Synergy stick is accompanied by receipt (original proof of purchase).
The shaft/Synergy stick broke during normal use as the result of a manufacturer's defect.
The shaft was used with an Easton blade at all times.
The shaft/Synergy stick is not exposed to an open flame.
The shaft shows no signs of being overheated by any heat source.
The shaft/Synergy stick damage was not caused by contact with another player, skate, stick, boards etc.
The shaft/Synergy stick was not a factory second, blem, or purchased used.

*Warranty parameters will be determined exclusively by Easton Sports.

Professional and College Teams are excluded from this warranty.

HOW TO RETURN A DEFECTIVE SHAFT/SYNERGY STICK WITHIN THE USA (INCLUDING HAWAII & ALASKA)

Do not return the shaft/Synergy stick to your hockey/sporting goods dealer.
Call the Easton Sports Warranty Department at 888-259-1297 (M-F, 7:00am -6:00pm MST) to obtain a return authorization number and return address. You can also obtain a RA# via our website at: eastonsports.com
Send the defective shaft/Synergy along with proof of purchase to the Easton Warranty Department.
If Easton Sports agrees the shaft/Synergy stick is defective, we will send out a replacement shaft/Synergy stick within 3 business days of receiving the defective product. Return shipment will be via ground delivery.
If Easton sports deems the shaft/Synergy Stick as not under warranty, the product will be returned to you.

Please note: You must save your original receipt from your authorized Easton Sports Inc. dealer as proof of purchase. It is required to return a defective stick. Third party receipts, such as PayPal, Paypoint, etc. will not be accepted. Sticks returned without proof of purchase may not be warranted.

OUTSIDE THE USA

Do not return the shaft/Synergy stick to Easton Sports!
Return the defective shaft/Synergy stick along with proof of purchase to the hockey dealer from which it was purchased.
If the dealer agrees the product is defective, he or she should provide you with a replacement shaft/Synergy stick or order one from Easton Sports if the desired model or size is temporarily out of stock.
